Representative of RARIS, Boban Kostandinovići is one of the three best mentors in Serbia. National recognition was given by the Development Agency of Serbia with the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency - JICA. 

More than 2000 micro, small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs in Serbia so far used the free services of a mentor and valued that this service helped them to improve the business. Regarding these, on 11^th May RAS organized awarding "Mentor Award 2017' for the three most successful mentors in Serbia. Among the winners is a representative of RARIS, colleague Boban Kostandinović.

Awards were given in the framework of the project ‘’Establishment and promotion of mentoring services for micro, small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs in the Western Balkans, Phase 2’’. Together with representatives of RARIS there were honored and Ljiljana Markovic from the Regional Agency for Development and European Integration of Belgrade, Ivan Mihajlovic from the Regional Development Agency South.

The best mentors were chosen among mentors themselves, representatives of JICA, RAS and mentoring agencies from the Republic of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Montenegro, based on data on the increase in sales, development and innovative achievements in companies that have been trained. The main objective of the event is the exchange of experiences from the field and finding new ways to improve assistance to enterprises. Acknowledgments are designed by consultants from Japan (JICA) and include the participation of all the supervisor in Serbia working directly with the companies. 

The public call for mentoring is opened and all interested and micro, small and medium enterprise and entrepreneurs can apply for 25 to 50 hours of free mentoring. Deadline to June 01, 2018. More information on https://www.raris.org/index.php/konkursi
