Today,  in Zajecar, representatives of the Public Investment Management Office have presented the opportunities for financing projects supporting irrigation, flood defense, preventive infrastructure and energy sources replacement in heating systems.

Conditions for projects that could be funded by KfW (20 million EUR) and Abu Dhabi Foundation (97 million US) were presented in the course of the meeting organized by RARIS.

Local governments of the region presented their projects and project ideas in the mentioned areas.

Representatives of the Public Investment Management Office agreed on concrete steps to be undertaken for preparation of projects by the end of October.
