Ministry of Public Administration and Local Government, with the support of "Human resource management in local government’’, implemented by the Council of Europe in cooperation with the Ministry and the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities, and funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe, has initiated the process of accreditation of individuals and legal persons for the implementation of professional training programs.

The main objective of this accreditation is to create a system of professional training, which until now did not exist, based on the visibility of contractor training and other forms of professional training. Accreditation will ensured consistent quality and training of trainers who will have a significant impact on the professionalism and career development of local staff.

Ministry of Public Administration and Local Government, after examining the fulfillment of the criteria and conditions for accreditation, on February 8 accredited RARIS. Based on this decision, RARIS has been accredited for the implementation of the program of professional training of employees in local self-government.
