Seventh SpongeCity stakeholder meeting organized in Kragujevac

Following the project activities and the execive work in the preparation of the Zaječar Sponge City LAP, RARIS prepared a promotional meeting in Kragujevac.

The meeting gatherd Regional developmetnt agencies from all regions of Serbia. The goal of the meeting was to present the Project, its goals and achievements and to familiarise a wider public with the SpongeCity concept.

The presentation covered the basiic principles of the Sponge Cit measures and interventions. It also covered the topic of the sen2 Cube and the data that the Toolbox prepared thorough the project can provide. The topic sparked an interest with the representatives of the regional agencies with a clear determination to get involved with similar activities. The stakeholders expresed the interest in taking part with the further activitie. Some of the municipalities will be contacted and invited to take part in the forthcoming trainings and other promotional activities that RARIS will prepre and implement.
