HELP DESK for tourism started to operate within the RARIS. The basic areas of information and consultation that can be obtained completely free of charge are the following:
• Sources of funding - national programs to support tourism and international funds and programs,
• Using the e-Tourist platform,
• Digital marketing,
• Preparations for small-scale tourism investments.
Beneficiaries of Help Desk services can be entrepreneurs, micro, small and medium enterprises, associations, registered agricultural farms, rural tourist households and individuals operating in the field of tourism (hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, categorized accommodation in domestic and rural tourist households) and in accompanying activities (old crafts and souvenirs, creative industries, leisure industry, recreation, wineries and distilleries ...).
Anyone who is already working or planning to start a business in the field of tourism or in the field of ancillary services can get the necessary information about national support programs for tourism development here. The Help Desk is also available to local governments to support the use of the e-Tourist platform.
The Help Desk is located in the premises of RARIS, Trg Oslobođenja 1 in Zaječar and is open every working day from 9 am to 1 pm.
